ABOUT
Olivia Bizot is a French-British journalist based in Paris, after several years reporting from Nairobi. She brings international stories to the screens of France 24 and Arte, handling every stage of production pitching, shooting, writing, voicing, and editing video reports on topics ranging from refugee experiences to profiles of athletes and entrepreneurs.

Before returning to Paris, Olivia spent three years freelancing there, mainly reporting for France 24 and creating social media videos for AFP. She also collaborated with ENTR (a France 24 & Deutsche Welle digital project) and explored podcast production at Euronews.

Olivia holds a degree in International Development from McGill University and a Master’s in International Journalism from City, University of London. She also trained in TV reporting at the prestigious Gobelins School in Paris.

Having worked across five continents, Olivia combines adaptability and curiosity with a deep passion for telling stories that connect us all.
A PROPOS
Olivia Bizot est une journaliste franco-britannique récemment rentrée à Paris, après plusieurs années passées à Nairobi où elle couvrait l’Afrique de l’Est pour France 24 et Arte. Elle prend en charge toutes les étapes de la production, de la proposition de sujets au tournage, en passant par l’écriture, la narration et le montage. Ses reportages vont des portraits d’athlètes et d’entrepreneurs aux histoires de réfugiés, toujours avec un angle humain et immersif.

Avant Nairobi, elle a travaillé trois ans en freelance à Paris pour France 24, l’AFP et des projets numériques comme ENTR (France 24 / Deutsche Welle), explorant aussi le podcast et le journalisme numérique.

Diplômée en Développement International (McGill) et en Journalisme International (City, University of London), et formée à l’école Gobelins en JRI, Olivia allie expertise technique et sensibilité internationale. Elle a travaillé sur cinq continents et est désormais basée à Paris, prête à raconter des histoires humaines et percutantes pour un public international.
